By downloading, installing, or using the WANNA mobile app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WANNA is a shopping list app that lets you create, organize, and share purchase lists linked to stores, priorities, and collections. The App is provided free of charge and does not require a subscription.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, lists, or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code.
  • Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content to other users.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the lists, items, and notes you create in the App ("User Content"). By sharing a list or collection with other users, you grant those users permission to view or edit that content according to the sharing settings you choose.

6. Free of Charge

WANNA is currently offered free of charge, with no subscription or in-app purchases required. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future; any such changes will be clearly communicated before they take effect.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, and underlying software, is owned by WANNA and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App's settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WANNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
